Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. Just describe what you want to change in your own words.
What if AI breaks something?
Before you publish a change, you see a preview and can check it. It only goes live when you click 'Publish'.
How much does it really cost?
Setup normally costs 499 zł. The first 15 people who book a meeting pay 299 zł. You pay for setup after the meeting, once you've seen your finished website. The subscription is 49 zł a month, with no contract. You can also pay yearly: 539 zł for the year, which is one month free (you pay for 11 months instead of 12).
What if I don't like the website?
You pay nothing. You only pay for setup once you've seen your finished website and accepted it.
What is the meeting like?
We meet online on Google Meet for about an hour. You tell us what you do, and our specialist builds your website right in front of you. All you need is a browser, ideally on a laptop.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing is required. If you have a logo, photos, a price list, or an existing website or Facebook profile, they will help. We'll work out the rest together.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. There is no contract.
Will a person help me?
Yes. Astrocool is run by real people, and the founder, Michał Kokociński, has been building websites for 15 years. If you need help, just get in touch.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Your subscription includes a free yoursite.astrocool.tech address. If you have your own domain, you can connect it. You can buy a domain from any registrar.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, we issue invoices for our services.
